About us: Smart Technologies was born with a focus for industrial and commercial HVAC&R systems sustainability, offering these sectors innovative and quality solutions and services based on our professional experience and know-how. We believe that a responsible business is our best contribution to a sustainable future.
Our Corporate Social Responsibility policy covers five key areas that concern all those involved in our activities, including our customers, the organisation itself and society:
Environment and Sustainable Development
We believe it is our obligation, with future generations and with planet Earth, to minimise the impact and ecological footprint of our human and business activities. Therefore, at Articae Smart Technologies we strive to respect the environment by decresing the use of resources and energy, thus reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
To this end, we promote the recycling of materials, teleworking and the use of digital and telematic media, thus saving paper, print cartridges and unnecessary travel. Furthermore, we believe that reducing energy consumption is the only way to achieve energy sustainability. Therefore, energy efficiency is one of our company’s reasons of being. We help our customers to make good use of energy, while saving energy ourselves, in a process of continuous improvement to achieve a rational use of our resources.
Ethical and professional conduct
We are living in changing times. On the one hand, we are immersed in a technological and digital revolution and an accelerated globalisation process. On the other hand, we are affected by an unprecedented economic crisis resulting from the current healthcare situation, when we had barely overcome the previous period of recession. All this means that the so-called knowledge society demands transparency and ethical and professional behaviour in business.
At Articae Smart Technologies we want to ensure that business ethics are present in our daily work. We are committed to ourselves, to our partners, customers and suppliers and to society to adopt not only legal but also ethical behaviour for the benefit of everyone and for the common good. Occupational Risk Prevention, Ergonomics and Welfare
At Articae Smart Technologies S.L. we are fully aware that safety, ergonomics and worker well-being are essential. There is nothing more important than people’s health and safety. For this reason, we promote continuous training in Occupational Risk Prevention and compliance with the existing regulations.
But that’s not all: we also strive for the well-being of each and every member of our staff, paying special attention to ergonomics and environmental conditions in the workplace, and paying attention to the emotional and psychological well-being of people.
