PilotE² Vulcano

An advanced portable flow and thermal energy measurement system, equipped with an ultrasonic clamp-on flowmeter and Pt100 temperature probes.
Accurate and reliable measurement
Equipped with non-invasive ultrasonic transducers and Pt100 temperature probe inputs, it allows precise measurement of flow rate and thermal energy, with an accuracy of ±1%, repeatability of ±0.2% and linearity of ±0.5%.
Wide connectivity options
It includes an RJ45 Ethernet LAN port for remote access and an integrated web server, as well as an RS485 serial port with Modbus RTU Master protocol, making it easy to integrate into energy management systems.
Versatility in input and output signals
It has multiple inputs: two for flow transducers, two for Pt100 probes, three analog 4-20 mA inputs, and seven digital inputs. It also has 4-20 mA outputs and two OCT outputs with programmable pulses for totalizers or alarms.
Data recording and storage
Includes internal memory and an 8GB SD card for continuous storage of data, settings, and totalizers, allowing detailed tracking of energy performance over time.
